     Calvin,

     MPEX can tell you who is accessing what files in a given files set.
     This could be shot to a temporary file and parsed into abortjob
     commands using MPE and Editor.

     Before you do that, however, check out the Security/3000 manual.
     There might be something in there that can do this for you ...

The endemic problem to the above is, many sites will buy MPEX/3000 but will
not (for various reasons) but Security/3000, or for that matter
VEAudit/3000.

(Although I think VEAudit/3000 should be "rolled-up" into Security/3000,
mainly because I believe it would turn Security/3000 from a "nice to have"
to a "must have.")
