We use a product called JetForms to do this. Works very well.

I have a need to print a form and the associated data from an HP3000 to
a
Laserjet printer via a serial connection.

From what I can determine I need to create the form and download it to
the
printers memory.  Then activate it an overlay the form with the
appropriate
data.

Looking for an input on products, experience, etc.
