The description of # 26 isn't clear.

An "/" and characters after it may disappear from comments, depending on what
the other characters are.
Examples (pasting from Editor)
!#   this/that   xxxxxx
!#   this/that1  xxxxxx
!#   d/e e/f f/g g/h h/i i/j j/k k/l
!#   d/e1        xxxxxxx
!#   and/or
!#   xon/xoff

become (pasting from stdlist)
:#   this        xxxxxx
:#   this        xxxxxx
:#   d   e   f   g   h   i   j   k
:#   d           xxxxxxx
:#   and
:#   xon

While
!#   this/that$  xxxxxx
!#   d/e$        xxxxxxx
!#   d / e       xxxxxx
!#   #/$         xxxxxxx
!#   1/2         xxxxxxx
!#   //          xxxxxxx
!#   x-on/x-off
all remain unharmed.
