Please call our technical support if you have product questions. They
are well equipped to answer these questions quickly.

In this case, a database enabled for logging but with the log process
not running will cause the TurboIMAGE procedure DBQUIESCE to fail,
thus preventing the backup of that database. Either disable the database
for logging before the backup, or start the log process.

BTW - The store report should have shown that the root file was not
stored. Did that not happen in your case?
