Gavin, the Dynamic Configuation in NMMGR has been around for quite a while,
and does work well. After you make the changes and Validate DTS, it will
automatically make the changes for you, so you will not need to run
DTCCNTRL.

If you want to be safe, then you can copy nmconfig.pub.sys before making the
changes, and if a problems occurs, copy the old file back to nmconfig,
'Shutdown DTS' in DTCCNTRL and 'Restart DTS' in DTCCNTRL.
