2.  The logical bank for HP3000 Series 9X9 should start with
    3 than 8.
3.  An incorrect page status fix requires that the version of
    MEMLOGP is changed so that the log file will be cleared.

Cause Text
==========
1.  When Series 990 12 way's syndrome register was read, only 10
    processors were checked, processor 11 and 12 caused a TRAP.
2.  Design error.
3.  Old errors will remain in the log if the version of MEMLOGP
    does not change.  The invalid page status entries do not
    belong to MEMLOG.
