Oh I see, double speak!  Or just make your best guess on which promises are
real (of course based on knowing industry speak).

No, customers/clients don't get over it when they feel they have been lied,
cheated, etc to.  Its called customer relations.  Learn it.

Again.  The EOL decision for the 3000 came from a company that is in the
black.  Who stated that the 3000 was only a small protion of their business
(1-2%).  This is not like canceling your favorite cell phone model.  Many
companies will have significant, unplanned work ahead of them to correct
this change.

Most companies would love the kind of loyality that the 3000 community has
for the 3000.

IBM must be drooling over all this.
