This I gotta jump on...... :-)
Ah yes, the 8-track. While the youngsters around here kid me, I can
remember cruising the streets in my '74 Olds Cutlass Supreme listening
to Ted Nugent, Kiss, Bad Company and others.
The one thing that really bothered me about the 8-track was the jump to
another track during a 'live' song. It would slowly fade out, jump to
the next track, then fade back in. But the cool thing about them, was
never having to 'rewind'. You could jump tracks if you wanted.
