No problem...note the above doesn't say "no person constitutionally
ineligble to be *elected* President shall be eligible...",
it just addresses persons not eligible to *be* President (e.g., foreign
born).

My analysis still stands :)

Au contraire, the 20th amendment (a part of the constitution) makes the
potential VP constitutionally ineligible for President and therefore under
the 12th amendment ineligible for VP.
