Check with Ordina-Denkart.
They have a pascal2cpp as well as an spl2cpp translator.

Subject: [HP3000-L] Porting MPE/ix PASCAL to HP-UX C
I'm working on investigation and impact analysis to port a small application
from MPE to HP-UX. Most of code is written in PASCAL/XL (other languages I
already have approaches for). Of course, just my luck, the PASCAL compiler
on HP-UX, which was pretty close to the MPE version, got obsoleted first, so
I no longer have that option (would've been too easy, so HP took it away,
right? <G>).
I've gotten a recommendation for a cross-compiler called P2C which
translates Pascal to C, which would see to be a good fit for HP-UX. That
said, most of the P2C implementations I've been able to find are geared to
very specific target platforms, many for embedded systems.
Has anyone come across a P2C implementation targeting HP-UX, or are there
other solutions out there (and yes, I'm in touch with Speedware as well, but
given the small size of this application, I don't know if that'll be
cost-effective).
Thoughts? Opinions? Ideas?
Thanx, Ric Goldman
