From my experience the BSQE table is greatly affected by procedure exits
which a lot of third party tools like to use. With these PE's armed and
many sessions on your system your 10000 entry BSQE table will quickly fill
up.

The good news is the system will not hang or crash and the response center
may give you a binary patch to increase this table.

The latest NRC tools patch should have TBLMON that will display all your
critical system tables including all your B-trees and the BSQE entries.
