Also, let's not forget that following the MPE-II pocket guide, which was
a multi-folded card (goldenrod color, if I recall, and actually stuck out
of one's pocket), was the MPE-III blue-covered spiral book which would
completely fit within one's shirt pocket. It was this version which was
truely a 'pocket guide'!
 
The MPE/iX guide is a blue binder, the same size as the MPE-V brown
binder.
