Here’s tcpglobal cos I had it handy. I have removed telnet from inetcnfg,
and restarted jinetd 75 mins ago. Open count went from 673 to 681 and
stabilized so far
Resource display below. I suspect that our ftp using PC has hung, as the
files it should be removing are still there from this morning……so it may not
be a true representation….although the open count climbed from 430 at 8am,
while jinetd was running. It stopped climbing after stopping jinetd.
