This looks like code I would expect in Milli.pub.sys (?). IIRC these routines were added as part of the 6.5 release for 64bit support. A mismatch of compiler and milli code library versions (or if OBJ is created on one system and moved to another) could cause.

Could someone point me to the correct library to link in to resolve
