I found by putting my face on the glass of our Zerox copy machine for 10
minutes each morning, and running copies so the light shined on my face, all
thoughts about the keyboard accessing the internet went away. Then I read
the software agreement that comes with the drivers and other HP garbage, and
found that if in fact they were having the keyboard access their site, that
it was permitted by virtue of the contract fine print. ( YOU KNOW...THAT
STUFF WE CLICK "AGREE" without reading). Its not some ugly attempt to steal
and access our computers...its for dopes and idiots, (the ones that those
pavilions seem to draw like moths to a light bulb) so they have updates, and
their browser gets plenty of stuff to click on without using those pesky
search engines. I post again....and again....and again

IF YOU ARE STILL USING THAT RINKY DINK INSTALL DISK, AND THE DRIVERS THAT
CAME WITH IT, AND THE INSTALL THAT THE HP GUYS WROTE FOR IT, THEN DONT
COMPLAIN ABOUT STUFF LIKE THIS.
Get a real disk, format the drive, and install the OS without all the crap
like that MM driver for the keyboard. If you cant click on a shortcut or
tool bar instead of having a button on the keyboard, (just as easy isnt it?)
then maybe you shouldnt have a computer.

Get rid of all the beast in the computer. FDISK, FORMAT, and collect the
proper drivers. On the first boot, slap yourself on the forehead, point at
the screen,and yell
"get thee behind me satan, I cast you out" and your PC will run better. The
HP demon will run into your mother in laws cable box and life will be good.
Serve the restore disk to the dog next door as a toy, and move on.
