Howdy,
 
I have been trying to install the ports of NCSAs 1.3 on our machines at
VTLS Inc.  I have tried both of the ports offered by opus and jazz
webpages.  However, I am unable to make a connection to the port.
I can see the job running after it has been streamed.  Any suggestions?
