Well, it can't really be 'de-licensed' unless it went through an
upgrade.  Since it is top of the line, that would be a neat trick.

I would venture to guess the license (which has to be out there,
somewhere) just hasn't been 'transferred' via HP's license transfer
process, ... yet.

Transfer now, supplies are limited, 500 max!
