Not a bit.

If push comes to shove and you ask me what I really think, I think Bush is
dumb enough and dangerous enough that if he were president thirty years ago,
when the threats were real, he would have gotten us all killed. His binary
moral clarity is perhaps the worst attribute you can have in someone who has
his finger on such power.

At the moment, the "threats" he perceives in the world are of the same level
that Mussolini faced with his dangerous foe, Ethopia: specious, vaccuous and
wholly trumped up.
