Thanks everyone for the replies, since we don't have MPEX I went with the
following suggestion from David Burney:

What I tend to do is create
a list of the files I want to copy.  Open it in an editor like
quad, or a PC text editor.  Add the copy command to the front,
and the destination to the end.  Save it and execute it.  Voila,
scripto-matic :)

A little bit of copying and pasting in Minisoft and Notepad and I'm done...
