<heh>  Maybe it gives you "root" access...

Even more bizarre was a modification to DOOM on Linux someone did such
that the monsters in the game were all processes on the box (their pid
is displayed over their head) and (I think) the size of the process even
dictated the type of monster.  When you, as intrepid space-marine, went
around shooting critters, you were actually killing processes/users on
the system.   (Now THAT'S entertainment!)

Now while nobody's rushing to port DOOM to the HP3K (Mark?...) -- it is
available on a Nokia phone though -- maybe one could run it on a PC with
a connection to an HP3K, doing some sort of client-server thing....
hmmmmm....
