I voted "against", but I didn't get the postcard in the mail until a few
days before it was due, so it's conceivable that it wasn't delivered in
time.  It should have been postmarked in AZ on the Tuesday before the
Friday due date, so I figure it probably made it.

P.S.  Thanks for taking the straw poll to check the official results.
