Sometimes there are things we were never meant to know (without software support).
Who would have said to make a dump after the crash in any case.
Having missed that, I'd follow the old troubleshooter's paradigm by modifying only one item in the job before it runs again.
The frustration is since this only occurs once a week, it may take several weeks to solve it.
I'd start with Lalley's recommendation and remove the ;INTER option.
I'm no bits and bytes engineer like Stan Sieler, but since the ;INTER option holds data in some nebulous 'block' before writing it to tape, it may have something to do with your log entry.
