     On 3.51, you can get this information from 'help,about' in program
     manager if you don't wanna reboot.  On 4.0, it might be under
     properties (right click on 'my computer') - I don't have 4.0, so I
     can't say for sure.

Surest way is to reboot your box, it will state the OS level and Service Pack
level, in any in the initial blue screen.
