The variation in pricing of these services always interesting. My ISP here
in Ann Arbor offers full T1 for $289/month (1 year pre-paid), and a local
phone company (there are two local loop providers here) is offering T1
service for $125/month for businesses in many 734 exchanges in and around
Ann Arbor. the ISP charges a one-time setup charge of $2500, the phone
company has a setup charge of $100.
