My Fellow Listers,

I received a very interesting postcard the other day from HP.  And since I
haven't noticed anyone else mention it, I will!

I want to be the first to congratulate the HP Support division on their
upcoming rollout of online service contract administration!  According to
the postcard a user should be able to:
     "Review your environment
      Revise your support deliverables (and)
      Renew your support agreement"

I can't wait to give this new system a try,
