Apollo 13, HP3000, IMAGE databases...  They have a lot in common:

   Reliability, resilience, a tremendous amount of attention to
   detail, and a superb team of people behind them whose motto is
   "Failure is not an option."


Jim Lovell, the commander for Apollo 13, has first-hand experience with
mission-critical systems.  In fact, he owes his life to NOT having given up
when his situation seemed totally hopeless.

You are cordially invited to watch this week's "The Executive Forum" TV
