Darryl,
By any chance are you passing the report any data in the jcl? Perhaps
you need to add a ":EOD" or "!EOD" after the last data input to the report.
I've seen several cases where the JCL appears to be "eaten" by the program
running if no :EOD is found. This usually shows up with the symptom of the
job ending, prematurely, but without the normal END OF PROGRAM message nor
anything following the :RUN.

Subject: Report printing problem
Hello all, I ran this question past the ITRC forums and got some good
suggestions (thanks again Mike & Paul if you're here too) but,
unfortunately, nothing that led me to a solution. So, without further ado,
here's my problem:
HP 947LX, MPE/iX 6.0
I've got a user who runs a database report but the report doesn't print and
there are no errors. The batch job is being streamed but it doesn't even
print a tail sheet. Other users in the same group.account can use the same
program to print the same report just fine and the user having the trouble
can print all her other reports no problem.
Any suggestions on where I should start looking?
TIA,
Darryl
