Hmm... apples and oranges here! If you're looking in a VPlus form file or fast
form file (file codes VFORM and VFAST, respectively), that's different than
looking in a printer environment file (PENV).

To "clean up" a VPlus form file, just copy it using Formspec. Only active
records will be copied. There shouldn't be any inactive records in a fast form
file. To "clean up" an environment file, you can copy it in IFS. This
shouldn't be necessary, though; IFS will re-use deleted records if you make
modifications to the file. (There are always deleted records in an environment
file that's been modified, since IFS keeps the old records around until it's
sure that the new ones are good.)
