Showconn is also put on systems through later NST patches (network
transport). Before downloading showconn from Jazz, do a 'listfile
@.prvxl.telesup,2', and you might see:

:listf @.prvxl.telesup,2
ACCOUNT=  TELESUP     GROUP=  PRVXL

You can copy these over to PUB.SYS or create a command file to run them from
telesup.
