We've gained some ground on this issue, and it turns out that it's a
combination of us and the provider.

We are going to be restarting our service at the office (I'm not there - I'm in
Canada and won't be back until Friday night (unless Floyd keeps planes from
flying south from where I am, then I'm here for an extra night)... but we'll
try and get this restarted on our end.

We are also changing Gateways.  We currently use CCCD, but now that Mr. Bixby
is no longer with CCCD and now with HP - our use of CCCD is at the behest of
CCCD.  We have been working with Intermedia (our ISP) to use their gateway.
The problem we have been working to overcome is their filtering.  When we used
them before, posts were filtered for content.  We (and I believe you too) do
not want outgoing and incoming filtering of content (not necessarily SPAM).

When things are restarted and tested, I'll let you know.
