Hi all,

Saturday I was trying to hookup 2 terminals and a HP2934A printer to a DTC
16MX at a client.

The DTC and the terminals were setup real easy.
Yoohoo, only 1 more to go.
After several trials (for about 8 hours ;-( ) I couldn't get the printer to
print.

They have exactly the same printer connected to an old DTC 16 with modem
connector and straight-thru telephone cables (RJ11 ?) with pin 1,2,3 and 7
(I couldn't look inside the connector to see the cabling).

I setup the new printer with the same settings as the other one and copied
the profile to a new one and changed the class.

By switching the printer I made sure the printer was not defect.
The connectors that were provided with the printer looked the same as the
one above but internally there must be a different layout.

Does anybody know the pin-setup to connect this printer with a DB25
connector and RJ45 cables to either Modem or Direct connector on the
DTC16MX?

TIA,
