Duane, I can't remember where I read that. (The S & P announcement of
downgraded ratings) The inference that I got was that the merger would lower
their credit rating. I wasn't trying to selectively give you only portions
that I chose. There are valid arguments both pro and con for this merger and
I certainly can respect those who hold a pro view...

If you are going to examine things I post with a magnifying glass, I can see
I'd better post supporting documentation that will cause my daily digest to
balloon many times its already substantial size ;-)

As it is I'm using the find command in Outlook Express to skip the 10,000 or
so lines down to my selected subjects....
