The HPCUA is holding its annual event in London on June 17th and 18th 1997
called "The HP Systems User 97". The format is seven half-day sessions running
concurrently from 09:30am to 12:30pm onTuesday 17th June with the following
titles.....
Build Your own WEB SITE
Windows NT Basics
Managing HP Openview
Intro to data warehousing
Migrating from HP-UX 9 to 10
Changes in MPE 5.5 for System Managers
Image database tutorial - understanding the dynamics
(It is noticeable that there are only two HP3000 specific sessions which, of
course, are held at the same time.)
....and the rest of the event is as follows :
Tuesday PM (No time specified)
Intranets and the internet Keynote presentation
Intranets and the internet Four in depth conference sessions
Wednesday AM (No time specified)
Networking Keynote presentation
Networking Four in depth conference sessions
Wednesday PM (No time specified)
Windows NT Keynote presentation
Windows NT Four in depth conference sessions
So all-in-all , unless you are interested in Windows NT and HP3000
connectivity(which I presume many people are) or some aspects of HP3000 and
networking, there is not a lot offered for the HP3000 system Professional apart
form the two simultaneous sessions on the Tuesday morning. Surely this must
indicate something ?
Just wondering...
Cheers,
John Dunlop
