As others have noted you can do an output , ascii in order to have
Suprtool convert the binary fields and write them to the output
file.

If you just want to look at the
data you can use the list command which formats the data,
(and has various options) and shows you the values in human
readable format.

If you want both to view the data and create
an output file, you can combine both the list command and the
output command in the same extract.
