Dosn't Packard Family have 18%? Which is more than the others put together

So that should make the 1st, 2nd, and 4th largest shareholders voting
'against'...  who's 3rd?

I'm assuming that the Packard and Hewlett foundations are 1st and 2nd in
whichever order.
