All right, now I have to throw in my two cents.
Who here believes that our country uses the "rule of law"?
Who here even knows what "rule of law" means?
The "rule of law" means two things;
1) That all the laws are known and defined in advance. Sounds simple
right? Ok, than show me one person who claims to know even a small
portion of our tax code.
2) That all the laws apply equally to everyone. Sure, that happens
everyday, just ask Mr. Condit. Near as I can tell, the law applies
inversely proportionally to the amount of wealth a person has.
I a sick a tired of hearing politicians say they believe in the "rule of
law" when they have no clue.

So please help me with my world governments: What other country that
uses
"rule of law" has a one for one equivalent to the US Bill of Rights?
