I believe INTEREX did an online survey about migration awhile back.  If
my memory serves me right, the top two winners were, companies where NOT
migrating to another HP platform or they were going to homestead.

If this is correct, then maybe INTEREX didn't pass the bad news on to HP
marketing?

I got the call an hour ago.  Had to explain to the guy what
'homesteading'
means.

My read on it is that senior management is puzzled by the non-flood of
unix
conversions and thinks we either don't know they are dropping us or need
help deciding what to do.  They have no concept that we might have made
an
informed decision not to go where they expected.
