Ken,
How did you manage to avoid the user license fee? Refer this extract
from our full description for Option UAT - Unlimited user license:

Option UAT includes the 100Base-Tx driver and on-line diagnostics.  Must order
B5427AA options 001 and UAT.  Do NOT order options 001 or 0B0 if upgrading.
Requires MPE/iX Release 5.5 Express 3 or later.
