     Klaus,

     We were very close to buying "HOST-FAX" for the high volume work, but
     decided to go the EDI route instead. It's somewhat pricey, but allows
     you to get going fast. You basically set up their PC as a networked
     printer, and send the output to that device. The PC is set up with the
     fax telephone numbers and your form overlays. It's available from:
