When it comes to business logic, Microsoft has the monopoly.  I have much
respect for Bill Gates :-)

Hey, give poor Amazon a break.  How else are they going to pay for all

[2]  Apple Licenses Amazon.com 1-Click E-Commerce Software

Apple has licensed Amazon.com's 1-Click patent and trademark for use
on its Apple Online Store, as part of an e-commerce patent
cross-licensing agreement. Customers may now buy all products sold
on The Apple Store with the 1-Click feature.

[3]  iMac Awarded National Design Award

Apple is among seven recipients of the U.S. National Design Awards
presented by the Smithsonian Institution, which recognizes
excellence, innovation, and public impact of product and
architectural design. The museum called the iMac computers
"revolutionary," praising Apple CEO Steve Jobs and designer Jonathan
Ive with designing products that are user-friendly.
