Are you creating a fixed-length records (Reflection default) which MPE will pad with spaces (ASCII) or nulls (BINARY).

How about using the Variable or Stream transfer option?

When using Reflection file transfer, you can delete trailing spaces on transfer from host.

Can you do that on transfer TO host?

My file has records that reach 168 bytes, but not all records do.  And when transferring to host, it fills those records that aren't 168 bytes with spaces.

How can I eliminate those spaces at the end of records on transfer to host?
