VPlus has been enhanced to handle dates with a 4 digit year component.
This means that you can enter a date value in the form '01/02/2000' and
have it processed without the century component (in this example, '20')
dropping off. This processing is applicable to all three formats (DMY, MDY,
YMD). With this type of processing, date compares work correctly because
2000 compares greater than 1999.

For applications which have a restricted date field (not wide enough to
support a 4 digit year), the interpretation of the 2 digit year can be
changed in the following way: 00-49 would mean 2000-2049 and 50-99 would
mean 1950-1999. This means that although you enter '01/02/00' on the
form, VPlus will treat the year internally as 2000. Again, dates compare
OK because '01/02/00' > '01/02/99' (essentially, 2000 > 1999).

These options are invoked by setting a bit in a JCW.
Note that VPlus, by default, will perform date processing as today.
