Hello,

If you haven't figured it out yet, the 9X9 detects if a AUI is
attached and switches automatically.  At least it did for us.  Also,
newer 9X8 do the same thing.  I know this because I went looking for
the jumper on a new 988 upgrade and it is now missing.
