From the Allbase Error Message manual
2765
MESSAGE DDL commands disabled. (DBERR 2765)
CAUSE The DDL Enabled flag in the DBECon file was set to NO
when you attempted to execute DDL (data definition language)
commands.
ACTION STOP the DBEnvironment, use the SQLUtil ALTDBE command to set
the DDL Enabled flag to YES, then START the DBEnvironment and
proceed with data definition.
