[APACHE]

   comment = Apache
   write ok = yes
   guest ok = no
   browseable = yes
   create mask=0777
   delete readonly=yes

   path = /APACHE/PUB

This should work, make your you have PM capabilities on your Samba account,
PUB.SAMBA group, & MGR.SAMBA user.
