Hi all,

Sunday night we had what's being described as the best Northern Lights display in over 10 years (some say the best ever) here in the North East Wisconsin area (NOTE, the lights were, according to reports, visible as far South as Oklahoma!).

The light show started around 6:30 PM, and was still exploding through the night sky when I went to bed at 11:45 (the news said they lasted until after 1:30 am Monday morning).

I've seen the Northern lights before, but WOW, Sunday was almost religious! I can't begin to explain it (nor can pictures do it justice)...it's an erie and fantastic sight.

At one point, the lights in the Northwest sky were so intense with the meandering, pulsing, fantastic lights, you could no longer see the stars! Another thing I saw that I've never seen before was 'shafts of darkness"! The sky was all ablaze with aqua and red, but rays of darkness cut through the light in every direction...absolutely bizarre to see! At 11:00 PM, you could see the lights across the entire heavens...North, South, East and West!

Anyway, I can tell you that there are truly some beautiful things to see on this planet, and if ever you get the chance, the Northern lights are one sight that I promise you is as awe inspiring a sight as can be seen...by all means, try to see it...you'll never forget the experience!

HAVE A GREAT WEEK!

Life is not a journey to the grave with the
intention of arriving safely in a pretty and
well preserved body, but rather to skid in
broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out,
and loudly proclaiming:

        -- WOW!!! What a Ride! --
