LaserJet 2 - 67 Service

I have a LaserJet 2 with an intermittent error.   67 Service

Turning the printer off for 15 minutes, will clear the error but it will
return in a few hours.

I have looked at both the operators manual and a HP Tech Service Manual.
 Neither even mention the 67 Service.  Does anybody have a procedure to
fix a 67.
