Does anyone know how to set up an environment file with TTUTIL so
that a one line ASCII string can be tacked on to the front of a
printout?  I know that the "ENV=" parameter adds the file to the
printout, but how can I designate what that line will be?  I tried
working with the Initialization string, but all I get is the name of
the TT file in the first line of the printout when I look in the
spoolfile, and then nothing on the actual printout.
