Some Oracle applications are quite "old" themselves... Ask when the
application software was originally designed.
I have one that we're considering moving from a commercial package
using Oracle on Unix to a custom system using Image on MPE.
I'm looking forward to writing in a few years that rather than going
through a forced migration of our "legacy" Oracle application, we're
moving to a Image/sql based application on MPE.
