I read an interesting description of a sort algorithm once that did
instantaneous sorts -- but the set-up and output times were *really* bad.
Jeff's "3 minutes" sounds great! You just have to fly to Cupertino (where
our LAN is) with your laptop first (don't forget to dunk it in water while en
route to protect it from cosmic rays).
